While the pointy elf ear thing is quite universal, in WoW, elves are known for their keen senses and grace, while in Divinity: Original Sin 2, elves are known for eating people's body parts as a way of acquiring their memories thus elves in that game are considered the brutes and the lizardmen are the ones that take the elves' place so while it is true that a lot of media depicts elves as people who have small penises, it may not be true for the beautiful world of Runeterra.
