If they have the mod, they can see you naked, but that means even if you don't have the mod.
It kind of sounds like there is another no equip model or texture at least that the glamor points to.
I haven't translated that instructions image but I did figure out how to get it working.
While publisher Square Enix has said it won't censor mods--including nude ones--that are created for the game, those could potentially affect whether future Final Fantasy games will allow players to tinker around with them.
